Dicarlo's Pizza - Hilliard

Super basic ingredients which I absolutely love. This pizza is so freakin sick, kinda crispy, lotta sauce, and the cheese is dumped on after it comes out of the oven, so the way it melts is nostalgic and incredible.

and it's gone! Just had it for the 1st time last week. Came back with my son. Awesome pizza! Crispy, great flavor sauce, baked and then topped with fresh cheese. +++ New favorite pizza!!

Can confidently say this is the worst pizza I've ever had. The cheese was unmelted, the sauce tasted like it came from a Lunchables tube, and the pepperoni was cold and probably thrown on after the pizza was cooked. Astoundingly bad pizza. A toasted piece of bread, one slice of cheese and canned marinara sauce would pass for better pizza than this

Crust is awesome, star of the show. Just the right amount of sauce but it’s bland. Needs more cheese and not a fan of the cold cheese put on after the fact.

The crust and sauce are great! I don't like how they do the cheese though. I like a little toasting to my cheese.

I was very surprised by how much I liked this. Had it years ago and hated it but this was dope. Sauce was awesome, crust was perfectly crisp, cheese was the right temp. Not my favorite style, but still good.

Very different style but I was pleasantly surprised! Crust was nice and crispy and the sauce has really good flavor!

I did got here like 10 mins late. So my bad. But over all a solid pie. They sell 1.50 slices. Flat. Well worth it. Ohios starting to get some good pizza in finally. Apparently if you get here on time the toppings are cold on top. so I'd just come here than order it fresh to order and wait the few minutes.

Very unique pizza. The cold cheese is great. The uncooked pepperoni is different as well. I would prefer cooked old world pepperoni though. The crunch is just perfect with this pizza. Easily my favorite part of Dicarlos pizza.

I absolutely loved the crust, super crispy. But the sauce was just okay...

Cracker style crust. Extremely crunchy. Cheese is top quality. We got it prepared where the cheese and pepperoni are added after the pizza is cooked. It’s good just very different from your typical pizza.

Nothing “special” expect how they finish with cheese and pep after it’s out of the oven. Which is just very odd. Yes thick crust but not a whole lot of flavor. Sauce no tang as pres would say. Reminds me of pizza from high school.

It’s a unique pie. Ohio valley style pizza looks visually different but the taste is through the roof. There’s no flop in this pizza, the crust has the perfect crunch. The sauce is delicious. The cheese is added after the pizza is cooked. The cold cheese completely changes the game. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten

Wasn’t sure about how they put the cheese on after it’s out of the oven....seems kinda strange.....but it works! This pizza is delicious!
