The dough here mixed with the woodfire cooking method makes for a phenomenal pie. That being said the sauce could you some more seasoning. Something to make it more memorable that makes you want to come back for more. Not a bad choice at all.

Good cheese. Nice brick oven crust. Sauce is a little bland
