It’s mind blowing to us that this gorgeous pizza came from a gas station food court. But, don’t forget the adage, never judge a book by its cover. Tuva Food Hall houses Diesel Pizza, owned by Italian-New Yorker Luca. His passion can clearly be seen in this incredible ‘Premium’ pizza of Brie, Figs, roasted tomatoes, braised onions and arugula with balsamic drizzle & edible flowers. His artistry extends to the other incredible pizzas and desserts on his menu. We’re thrilled to have discovered this gem and look forward to going back soon.

Pepperoni and Sausage: unexpected location in a gas station, in a good way. They don’t offer slices after 3pm, so we had to get the full pie. A little greasy, ok… really greasy and floppy. But the pepperoni had a great taste and the cheese was super ooozy. The kids wanted basic, but wish we would have gone with something more creative after reading the reviews!

Yes this pizzeria is located inside a gas station…..however the pizza is excellent, great service, very clean and plenty of seating.
