Ok, so I ordered to go and ate in 5 mins from leaving at home. If you’re comparing this to FL pizza, it’s up there, like Papa John’s or some shit. However, if you’re comparing against tri-state pizza, it’s bottom half of any bracket. Under cooked, slightly doughy, soupy in middle and it’s $22. Crust was acceptable. For Florida that’s expensive. Was expecting to get a blowie by the ratings, and it falls way short. Minus points for 1) clientele is slightly douchey and was recommended meatballs which are way too salty to even choke down. Overall, best I can do is 6/7 and that’s giving them the benefit of the doubt. Seemed like really nice people that work there. Not something to travel to. Not something to get your hopes up. If $14, I’d be happy. At $22, I’d expect so much more.

Ok I drove 30 minutes today to get pizza. I looked up this place, and another close by place, that had the highest ratings in the area. I was looking to be blown away and add to my "best of" list. 1. The owner/ staff are very friendly. They take pride in their product. He said he was hoping that Dave Portnoy will swing by here one of these days! 2. The pizza in general when picking up a slice, was very soupy, loose and a bit messy (no problem for me, no deductions) 2. The cheese and dough were great and bursting out with fresh flavor. 3. The sauce was one of the best tasting I've had in quite a while on the Florida West Coast. Could have hit it slightly with a bit more salt though. 4. My rating is 8.2 ( great, great score but just shy of my top "best of" list!

This is the best pizza I have ever had! The garlic knots are awesome and the sauce is to die for. The staff and owners are absolutely amazing! Dave Portnoy really needs to check this place out.

Overall the pizza was good. Good sauce, cheese and sauce to cheese ratio as well as the dough. The only thing that brought down my score a bit was the crust, it was very crunchy and would’ve got a better score if not. I would recommend and eat at DiGiorgio’s again.

I’m from NJ I know pizza. I’ve been to some of the best spots Dave has reviewed. This was one of the better ones I have had. By far the best in Tampa. Little flop, great undercarriage, good sauce, not too much cheese. Just a tad greasy, but a solid 7.8

Wow!!! One of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in Florida! The staff and management were absolutely fantastic and the pizza was great! Thin, crisp, light crust, and good cheese with a slight tangy sauce... loved it!!! This will be my go to spot from here on out, just for a beer or great Italian food!!!

Alright Frankie...Esposito’s...new spot in Ozona. Love it there. Nice spot with friendly folks. But we are only here to judge the pie... Ordered well done, as it’s an option when ordering online. Nice touch there..it had some crunch, but still some flop. Fresh ingredients, good sweet sauce. Think this pie would really hit if I ate it on location. Will try it in house next time...But overall, decent pie. Gotta see what the vino is about.
