Very good. Great crust, light sauce.

This pizza is as close to New Haven as it gets. They use White Pine wood fired. The char and the flavors along with the Cruch!! Outstanding!! A total must if your anywhere near Portland!!

Pretty solid New Haven style pizza. A little tangy, but other than that the crust, cheese and ingredients are great. My favorite spot in the PNW so far.

Fresh sauce, solid crunch, minimal grease, outstanding char. Little more flop than I would prefer, but an outstanding pie, all things considered.

First time ever having a New Haven pie. So might be a rookie score but this pizza was amazing. I got a bonafide New Haven hand from this slice. The crisp can be heard around the world. Has a unique cheese taste can’t put my finger on it but tastes great. Thin, light. Little flop but I like flop

Standard gluten crust review. Stopped here on our way through Portland based on One Bite reviews. The people did not lead us astray. I have had Sally’s and Modern in New Haven, CT and this apizza was on par. Rumor has it the owner is from Connecticut. Crust was crisp and charred like you would expect with no flop. Sauce and toppings were solid as well. Worth the stop if you are in the area.

Crust and under carriage is to die for. A lot of bubble trouble with charred crust. Thin crunchy with little flop.

Fantastic. Ultra thin, chewy & crispy. The spice and pepperonis are great.
