DiPiazza's Pizzeria

Definitely the best family owned-operated pizza on da Westside in my opinion. I ordered the Cheese of course, Thin Crust and well done. Also of course. They note on their website the pizza takes a little longer due to the fact that they make their dough fresh and hand toss it which definitely shines through in the finished product! The dough is crispy af and airy. It has a slight buttery taste and not overly garlicy if that’s a word! 😆The sauce was the hardest for me to judge because it didn’t have much personality, but it wasn’t boring. I just feel like it was right in the middle of tangy and sweet. The cheese blend was good, it was kinda greasy, but not overly greasy. Over all my wife gave it a 7.1 and I gave it a 7.3, so clearly we settled on 7.2. That’s the review. Extras: We also ordered the deluxe, thin crust and well done. They definitely have the best homemade sausage(pizza places) in town that I’ve tried. We would score that a littler higher like maybe a 7.5. We’ll definitely go back.
