Dirks' Pizza

Good crisp good crust lots of cheese probably best pizza in Ellensburg it's pretty good. Might get extra sauce next time but it's good.

Super thick almost "pan" style.. not a lot of flavor in the crust a little doughy toppings were the star of da show we added extra chez and pepperoni can't go wrong... Sauce was light and not a lot of flavor... Drunk, heavy, pizza for eburg... college Kids will love it!!!

Solid football pizza, pepperoni made it pretty greasy but still very good especially for Eburg! Owner made me a thin crust pizza which I preferred compared to their deeper crust. Dough cheese and sauce all seem very fresh! And they deliver to the boonies! Try it out!

Not good, tried a fresh cheese slice after this one and would of gave that a 5.6. maybe I just got an old slice!

Thinker than I was expecting which was good. Cheese and pep is good. Dough is good but crust is bland
