Dirty Water Dough

I was heading into downtown to catch The Batman for a 2nd viewing (go watch it NOW) and decided to hit Dirty Water Dough for a cheese slice and a small pie. The slice was super light, very thin, with a fantastic crisp. Very light on the sauce and the cheese had ok flavor. This is the type of pizza almost anyone can enjoy. It’s easy to demolish an entire pie, and you don’t feel greasy afterwards. The small pie I tried had a ton of toppings, which added some nice flavor (sausage and broccoli/pineapple ham) and was pretty good. The location is fantastic. I was able to sit in the window, enjoy my pizza and watch the snow fall as people passed by. If you’re in the area and need a quick slice, or you’re trying to add some solid filler food for a gathering, you won’t go wrong giving this place a try!
