Pizza Review
Had the wood fired thin crust margherita pizza with sliced tomatoes on top. Excellent pizza. Big fan of wood fired and this did not disappoint Sauce is one of the best I've had which is not surprising since this is a high end Italian place known for its marinera. Tomato slices added freshness and this was a very light pizza. What keeps this from an 8.5+ is the crust. While cooked perfectly with perfect burn marks on the under carriage, the flavor was a bit dull. Needed salt or more yeast flavor. Happy hour beer is the best value around.
