Nice tang on the sauce and a good amount of cheese. Dough has lots of flop and a little thick. Solid pie though.

Really great pizza for the middle of Kansas! They have a New York brick oven and that’s a huge bonus for the crisp. Solid crust, good sauce. Didn’t taste much of the cheese. Definitely recommend!
