WOW!!! What a great pizza. If you’re from the Chicago area this is a must stop. Very crappy crust, plenty of sauce, good flavor to the sausage and just the right amount of cheese to bring everything together. Had the opportunity to meet the owner and what a nice guy. I think he said he has been there for 2-3 years. A little off the beaten path but worth the stop for a good pizza and supporting a good guy.

Tavern style with a sprinkle of parm on top. Good crisp, little greasy. If I get it again I’ll ask them to cut it like a normal pizza because tavern cut is the dumbest thing ever

I took a group of folks from work to try this based on the super high reviews. This 7.6 is a solid score I think close to what Dave would give it. Not my typical favorite style but by far the best I have had in the Chicago pan style. The pizza was light and crispy. Also clearly the best pizza I have eaten in Melbourne Florida.

Best pizza in Central Florida, hands down. The sauce has a great tang to it, the crusty is nice and crispy and the cheese is phenomenal. Dave if you see this get your ass down here and try this pizza. Get the pie not a slice. They are totally different. Don’t be a pussy, Dave

If the slices were nearly as good as the pies this would be low 8 score. Slices are so thick, soft, and bread e. Get a pie or go elsewhere for slices.

I had high hopes for this place because I live right down the road, unfortunately the 2 cheese slices that I got were cold and had been sitting for quite some time. Had they been fresh obviously the score would be higher. The pizza reminded me of a frozen red barron that’s been sitting on the counter for a few hours after being cooked. My visit may have been a fluke but I’m disappointed especially since it was 1:00 right at lunch time. I don’t think I’ll be going back, there’s too many pizza joints in the area that are far better in my opinion...

Good pizza sauce was good not a big fan of the square cuts chewy dough fair score is a 7.2 I will go back but there’s better pizza in town

Nice tang to the sauce. Very good crisp. Nice structure, no flop. Got the last few slices they had for the day. Very high on this place. So glad I get to be the first review for them. They serve slices during the day from 11-2pm. Also I recommend the pizza-pizza the owner was very nice. You won’t go wrong, and certainly you won’t leave hungry.
