Domenic's And Vinnie's Pizza

Pretty disappointed. Very heavy, lots of sauce. Tried to use ranch to help with score but that made it worse, unless you like hidden valley.

I feel like this place is way over hyped. First off it’s square. Flavor isn’t there far too much cheese and sauce. Crust is like eating chards of glass. Half the pizza was thicker on one side. Place is just not it. Don’t waste you’re time. Who ever rated this pizza an 8.7 probably eats ellios pizza 4 times a week.

Delicious Pizza. Anything with meat brings this simple pie to next level flavortown. Highly recommend

Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Minimal crust slices and bursting with so much flavor

Solid pie. Cut in squares which is a crime on pizza. Sauce has a good tang, crust is ok not my favorite style pizza, but high quality.

Greek pizza masquerading behind an Italian name. Chewy crust, bland sauce, burnt and flavorless cheese.

Tasty, crispy pizza. Cheese/sauce ratio is perfect. Minimal flop and charred edges give it good flavor.

Overall very good pizza. More on the greasey and heavier side than other pizza’s. Slightly salty cheese with very good crunchy crust. Sauce has good tang.

I don’t know what kind of pepperonis these are, but I love the places that use them. Solid pizza. Would recommend to anyone.

I specifically called and ordered pie cut and this is the pizza I get. “Pie cut doesn’t change the pizza” oh yes it does!

Not sure what all the hype is about. Immediate start score of 6.0 for a square cut pizza. Crust is thicker and pizza is chewier than I like. Too long of a wait for pick up. Over an hour. Doesn’t have much flavor to it. Based on Dave’s rating of 9.2 for Sally’s, and 8.8 for modern... this place doesn’t come even close. With that said go on down and try it for yourself. Being that it’s only a mile from my house I am sure it will be back, but there’s nothing about it that makes it stand out as a one of the greats. Typical every day CT pizza spot.
