Pizza Review
Lunch time slices. Walk in and you’re at the counter with a couple booths and some gambling machines. There is also a legit sit down area if you prefer to eat your pizza like a civilized human. I got one slice of pepperoni and one sausage. Came out in 2 minutes. I’d call them about 80% fresh as I was earlier than the lunch rush, which I think is pretty damn good. These leaned more toward a double dough thin crust, which is common in the area, but I thought they have enough crunch and cooked well. Sauce was the highlight of the savory variety and plenty of it. Pepperoni was about standard and a little greasy. Sausage was juicy and under the cheese so not crispy or gritty. Lots of cheese. Was a tad salty, but reasonable. Overall a solid spot. I could imagine ordering takeout and getting a fresh pie is much better so I’m just slightly over-inflating my score to reflect my assumption.
