Decent crust, but floppy. Good sauce. Too much sauce and cheese and I think the ovens aren’t hot enough or the slices not done long enough. Decent pie.

Pizza Backlog 6 | 10/9/2021 | Every now and then a pizza blindsides me; I expect it to suck based on how it looks and it ends up being really good. This was one of those. Lancaster, PA—who knew? The ingredients ratio was solid, it had a nice fluff to it, and it had a creaminess to it that kept me wanting more.

Lots of flop. Lots of volcanic cheese. I was driving when I ate a piece, c and I almost crashed when I had a molten cheese incident. Pizza is good, nice crunchy crust.
