Don Antonio’s is serving up the kind of Neapolitan pizza you’d expect from a place that knows what it’s doing. The flavor was tremendous right out of the gate, though it could have used just a touch more salt to really pop. The undercarriage was perfectly charred—exactly what you want in this style—and the crust was exceptionally well cooked. Light, airy, and with just the right chew, it checked all the boxes of a proper Neapolitan pie.
