Pizza Review
Truly amazing Neapolitan Pizza here. At least tied for the best I’ve had in NYC. This one is here is the Montanara (fried) pie, but I also had the Regina Margherita Pizza and the Kesté Pie. Even the classic (Regina) Margherita is around the 9.1 range. The dough/crust is the BEST I’ve ever had in a pizza. Perfectly chewy yet soft with a nice amount of smoky flavor and the perfect amount of moisture in the middle. The sauce is tangy and delicious. Not much sweetness, which I am fine with, but maybe a touch of sweetness would be better, hard to say. And the cheese was fresh and delicious. As for the Montanara pie, it is Truly excellent. Perfectly crispy yet soft on the inside and a great flavor. And the Kesté pie was delicious. This seriously might be the best Neapolitan pie in NYC.
