Don Petrino’s Pizzeria

I like the semolina or cornmeal touch. Gives it a good texture. Wish the sauce wasn’t cooked/as sweet but if I was adding some franks or if it was a meat lovers I can see how that sauce would be a great pairing. As a cheese pizza, though, it isn’t my preference. Solid pizza at a good price.
