I was super excited to try this place. The rating is for the plain slice. This is the place to go if you want variety! They have 4 different styles of crust that i seen, a thin crust, a thicker crust, a detroit style crust, and a wood fired pizza. I’d rate the wood-fired the same as the plain slice. The detroit style was pretty unique. It was a lot crunchier and lighter than the detroit style pizzas i have had in the Buffalo, Ny area. Super buttery crunchy crust though, sauce was a little spicy on the detroit style, not just “white people spicy” it actually had a considerable amount of red pepper flake in it or something, but i found it kind of acidic. All around it was very tasty and I’d rate the detroit style a 7.6.
