First review in Ohio. I’m here for work and wanted to hit a couple places this week, some local, some chains. Figured I’d start with the bar pretty low with Donato’s and man did they set the bar... low. I can’t figure out how a pizza that has a great balance of ingredients (dough, cheese, sauce, toppings) can have little to no taste. I kept eating it and waiting for something to stand out. Nothing. All I got was an overall taste of butter. Very odd. It looked promising besides the obvious fake dehydrated sausage, but man was this bad. Let’s hope some other spots can redeem Ohio.
