Got a classic Margherita
The Ingredients are super fresh and they have an authentic menu. However, my pie had zero crisp and no char on the undercarriage. The sauce is...unique. cant tell if I love it or not (which means I dont). Ultimately, I was slightly underwhelmed after how much locals hyped this spot up and how good it LOOKS. Maybe had i come in on a different day my pizza would have been cooked longer? Seems inconsistent on the cook. Super light. Was able to eat the whole pie so thats good.
The wine was great, and the best thing about this place.
Still good pizza.
