This place has restored my faith in Greenwich. Not over the top fancy but definitely higher quality ingredients. It’s definitely a unique pie. The dough is light, a little crispy / a little chewy

More of an upscale Italian restaurant than pizzeria, but they do make Neapolitan style personal pies for takeout. Soft & doughy with very thick crust, this is a total bread-lovers pie. The fresh mozzarella is good, creamy texture, just not enough coverage on the pizza. The sauce is completely underwhelming, no kick whatsoever and a little watery from the fresh mootz moisture. Some wilted basil is mostly for show and doesn’t add much to the taste. While the pie looks fancy, it’s pretty basic. Definitely better than your average Neapolitan but don’t go out of your way to try it. This lands somewhere in between above average and good pizza.
