On their sign it says New York Times “At last a pizza with the right crunch”. Well there was no crunch. It’s screen pizza, cheese to sauce ratio was all wrong. Cheese was salty and dough was lightly cooked. Decent overall taste but not a great slice.

Wasn’t too impressed by Dorias. The crust was very good and had a good crunch but a little flop in there too. The cheese was good too, but the biggest thing I didn’t like was the sauce. The sauce tasted a little herby and I didn’t love that taste. This is personal preference some people might like this kind of sauce but it was too herby and peppery for my liking.

Crispy slice. Good sauce to cheese ratio. Very stiff, no flop
