Neapolitan: Tangy sauce and smooth mozzarella to balance out the slice. Flop on flop with this slice, BUT the crust bubbles brings the slice to another level.

Wood fire, great bite, alittle chewy - bottom could be crispier (pepperoni). Some bites were saltier than others

A little salty but a solid slice. I prefer wood oven so I like crisp. Crust is good and ingredients are fresh.
