Okay redemption review. Not really a redemption review because their ahpizz is always friggin good. But I got the square hotter than July pie. This is a must have. Got all your favorites on it, the hot honey, the hot soppersadda, a little sausage, long hots. Fantastic. I’ll say this. Dough has the best square on the island. Move over ya bunch of jersey shore rejects at brothers. Go with dough and get yaself a friggin case. Original score for the round hotter than July pie was a 7.6.

Pretty good grandma pie, crust tasted good and was crunchy. Went for the zeppolis (fried dough)

My new favorite pie on SI!!! The name says it all, the dough on this 12x12 focaccia traditional square is one of if not the best I’ve come across to date. It may not look it but each slice is soooo light for a pie this thick, the interior is super airy and pillowy on another level while the exterior crust and undercarriage are intensely crisp and buttery from the oil in the trays with nice pocketing. I’m not sure if they’re prepared like before but I’ve read that the fermentation takes 3 days. A blanket of whole milk fresh mozzarella covers the square dough and is super tasty and so melty good making every bite need a napkin but the sauce!!!!! Rich, vibrant and super tangy this is the perfect sauce for this pie, extremely fresh and it’s topped with grated pecorino, need I say more. If I’m being honest I was a touch skeptical after the owners passing in 2019 as he was part of an illustrious family in the art of dough and pizza, rumor had it that he was the only one that new the recipes. But talk about being blown away this place has every right to hang the banner of best on Staten Island, Licastri would be proud!!!

This pizza was very good, it wasn't messy at all. There was no flop so it didn't get anywhere. The sauce and cheese were good and the crust was very good. Their specialty pizzas are pretty good too.

Worth a try

It’s an well-rounded good pizza. It does nothing bad but doesn’t do one thing particularly outstanding.

Vodka pie. Sauce was tangy but not overwhelming, and the crust was light, but not too light. Cheese was soft and not rubbery at all. Everything tasted fresh and did not disappoint.

Dough is crispy on bottom fluffy on top. They really nailed the dough. Sauce is really tangy in a good way. Cheese really complements the sauce. I'm truly blown away with how good this is and I'm going high because the dough is truly among the best I've ever eaten and the price is very reasonable

San gennaro pie.

Margarita is yummy. A bit floppy, would be better cooked a little more but the sauce is yummy and topped with some reggiano to bring it all together.

Tangy sauce. Delicious cheese. The crust was slightly buttery, sightly peppery and very soft and airy. Very interesting.

Don’t let the sauce fool you , this was a really good slice. Nice mix of tang and salt, amazing crunch . Don’t usually score In the 8’s but this one earned it

I tried the NY Traditional focaccia and it did not disappoint. Light fluffy dough, good crunch, great combination of sauce and cheese. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
