I see where this place gets its name from, because this pizza was DOUGHY. I knew I was in trouble when I picked up my medium pizza and it felt like a 25 lb dumbbell instead. There was no resemblance of an undercarriage at all. All I could taste in each bite was the pizza dough. When I could actually taste the sauce or cheese I was strongly underwhelmed with both. Really striking out trying to find decent pizza here in Somerset County. Maybe one day.

Great looking pie. The crust is a thing of beauty. Its cooked just right with perfect texture. The cheese actually tastes like cheese. The pepperoni had a nice crisp to it with a slight spice. The sauce is what holds me up here. The taste is good but, its a little on the thin side and a little too chunky. There was also to much sauce in overall. Its a good pizza as is, not great. The sauce holds it back.
