Dough Pizzeria Napoletana

Dough consistency and char was fantastic. Sauce was sweet but not overbearing with a little tang that dances on the pallet. Cheese is too thick in a lot of places which docked a few points off. But overall great date night pizza.

Doughy and undercooked yet simultaneously delicious. Excellent vibe to this place even through the skull-splitting construction work happening outside.

Very good pizza. We order three different kinds. All three were very good with unique flavors. They even brought out small pieces of dough for the kids to play with to “help” make the pizza

Good atmosphere, homemade toppings to include sausages. Fresh cheeses. Wood fired pizza. Big time flop, middle of the pizza could be described as wet almost. Crust was good with some char as well. Undercarriage had char was extremely thin.

Beautiful pie. Undercarriage got a little over done so I docked it a little but sauce is beautiful, cheese is made in house, the Sopressata is their take on a pepperoni and I don’t want another take on a pepperoni as long as I live. Get Dave over here!

Sugo. Light crust. Needs to be a bit crispier. Zesty sauce. Nice cheese.

Brick oven style. Great char, not as crispy as expected but tasty crust. Could use more sauce but really good, fresh ingredients. Close to an 8.

Overall, this is an expensive, but very good pizza. The crust was great, but The sauce/toppings felt a little too loose. It could have used a tad more time in the oven, but that is just me nitpicking.

Cheese and meats are good (flown in from Italy or locally sourced), could use more sauce, a little light in that department, like the char on the crust, would like a bit more crisp still tho...score, 7.6, that's a review
