Most delicious crust with artisan flavor and held up well under the toppings. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The dough is a recipe from Italy that is basically ancient.

Cooked perfect. Crust just lacking flavor.

Don't let the amount of dough crust fool you. Kid devoured most of the pizza. Great service and pizza was great too!

Great cook, good tang on the sauce, cheese is very stringy....let it set a minute before you enjoy!
