Doughbar

A pretty solid pizza here in South Side. This place used to be Steel Cactus so I was skeptical whether it would be or good or not. The undercarriage and crust were excellent. Good crisp in every single bite of every slice. The cheese was plentiful and a tad under average. I found myself gnawing on the cheese long after I was done my bite. Sauce was an under thought and a little runny. At the end of the day it tasted good and I finished the entire thing.

The dough was the best part no surprise given the name but something was missing here with the flavor … I think it’s sauce

My highest rating yet! Very good

It was a pretty good pizza, but the thick crust one that we got barely had much sauce and even cheese. There were some points where I was just eating bread. Some other types of pizzas were maybe better or worse idk. I can only speak for the two day pan thick crust.
