Incredible Detroit style pizza!!! This place has been creating quite the buzz lately and no question why. The crust has the caramelized cheese edges with a nice crisp while the dough is thick but so pillowy and like a stretchyness that you look for in this style with the thick blanket of cheese seamlessly transitioning from the dough. If the buttery crust and cheese didn’t already crush your tastebuds the “Norf” sauce is sure to put you over. It’s rich, sweet, tangy and abundant, and to top it all off a healthy amount of grated hard cheese. As far as Detroit styles go this is the total package checking all the boxes of what it should be and as far as the place itself, lives up to the hype and then some as it’s mentioned in the conversation for one of Philly’s best and has won countless awards. Must try pizza!!
