Some of the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever had. Dough is light and delicious, cooked well enough that it wasn’t falling apart near the center. I recommend you don’t get delivery, go pick up. But yea, amazing pizza best I’ve had in Hoboken

This pizza has a very nice tasting sauce. Very doughy, lite on the cheese and the sauce. Nice flavor and would be better if there was more sauce and cheese. Oven is some type of open flame but no wood.

Burnt at the bottom but not crispy.... little to no cheese or sauce. Won’t waste my money here ever again

First thing, delivery method was terrible. Came in a paper bag with a piece of parchment paper to which all of the cheese was stuck; had to peel the cheese off and put it back on the pie. The pie wasn’t cut, either. While the sauce was good (a little tangy), there wasn’t enough of it. The light dough was the one big positive. Disappointing pie.

Good pie. Lots of different flavored pies that I can get behind. Very doughy pizza with lots of flop. Solid sauce.

Insane pizza! The crust is charred with a nice flavor and chewy consistency. Everything about how they do things there from the sauce, to making the mozzarella from scratch to the toppings that are bought locally makes this place the spot to go to.

Neapolitan style with a perfect mix of pillowy and well done dough. The acidity of the smashed tomato and the creamy mozzarella are excellent not much flop for how heavy the toppings are. While they are always out of everything on the menu, what they do have always delivers. 9.2 and Hoboken’s top dog

Interesting hipster vibe in this place, not my style but solid Margherita style personal pie none the less. Cheese was the best part. Crust was pretty perfectly cooked but the sauce was a bit too sweet for me and the basil, alternatively, a little too bitter.

A small pie I still think about. I was so half in the bag from the Hoboken St Patty’s Bar Crawl but I remember that pie. I’ll be back baby! 🤨

Really good sauce and cheese quality. Crust was the best I’ve had here in town. Little oil on top made it savory.
