Terrible pizza & terrible owner

Had the Pepperoni and the Margherita, it sure as hell whooped a lions ass with a belt! Had to talk myself out of having a 3rd slice!

Decided to give Dragon a shot on the way to Red Sox game despite the bad reviews. The slice was pretty decent and only had a slight bit of parm. Overall, pretty good.

Owner needs a bigger shirt.

Never again. I’m lucky I didn’t end up in the hospital. I showed it to the owner and he threw me out !!!

slice was good! best feature is the sauce, as it’s nice and acidic. crust has a great texture, as it reminds me of regina’s but with a bit more bite and chew. cheese blend is a little lackluster. i feel like that is what makes this pizza fall short. still decent slice overall.

I took a look at my One Bite app to find a nearby pizza spot with at least an 8.0 community score... enter Dragon Pizza! Right off the bat, I have to say this pizza was just not my cup of tea. They use a three cheese blend of mozz, provolone and parm that blasted me with a very sharp smell and flavor that I had a tough time getting past. If you fancy a sharp, strong, pungent cheese on your pizza, this is definitely for you! The sauce was nice and easily my favorite part of the pizza. I wish there was more of it! The pepperoni was super unique and not a style l've had before. I'm glad I got to try it, but I prefer a more traditional style pepperoni for sure. This place has some other pizzas that look and sound pretty interesting, I imagine if I try another pizza from here that doesn't use the three cheese blend, that l might enjoy that more. Again, this just wasn't for me, but I'm sure there are folks out there who will find this very enjoyable!

Obviously seen the one bite review, leaving all of the drama between the owner and Dave out, it was very good pizza. Dave is spot on that the parm taste is a bit heavy, but I personally really like parm so I really enjoyed my slices. Additionally, our server explained that the parm is so strong because they source it directly from Italy; which comes through in the taste because, though strong, it’s very good Parmesan. Definitely an acquired taste, if you’re not a parm fan maybe not for you. But parm lovers like myself will love it
