Dreadful and not even close to being the best in Dublin. While the ‘Neapolitan’ appearance may fool people into thinking this potentially being good pizza, hence the positive existing reviews, appearance is where it ends.
Unfortunately, I was not able to take a picture of my pizza, and hence I took one from TripAdvisor which closely resembles the one I had.
To summarise:
1) Unleavened dough. Neapolitan crust should be crispy, light and airy. This one was not leavened properly, it was chewy and heavy which made it challenging to eat.
2) Not cooked properly. This one may vary but it just happened to be a defect with mine.
3) The ingredients are of very poor quality. All ingredients are tasteless and the mozzarella is rubbery and doesn’t even melt properly.
