Floppy, undercooked, no crisp, overall bad slice from the crust to the cheese. $2.12 for a slice of Ellios.

It’s skating rink pizza but it’s the best of its kind. Reminds of Greek pizzerias. Thick, crispy, garlicky, decent sauce, skating rink cheese style. Not bad

Know what this pizza reminds me of? 10 year old party skating rink pizza. Cheese is stringy, sauce is average, and the dough doesn’t taste like it’s fresh made in-house. Medium crispiness on the crust. Nothing really stands out with this pie. It just tries to be, and succeeds at being, average. That’s the review.
