Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria

Just found this little gem in Port Aransas. It’s located in the North Cinnamon Shore community. Great crispy crust and undercarriage. Has a nice tangy sauce. A tad more cheese would have given a 8.3 but it was a solid 8! Best pizza place on the Island so far.

That's an 8, Spider. Smaller pizzas, 12 inch only. Good undercarriage, but could have had just a bit more crisp, but waaay better than most. Great tangy sauce. The first 8 I've found in Texas. 🤙

My favorite around here for sure. Great crust with little flop. Nice little crunch on the pepperonis. The second pizza I ordered from here was a bit more floppy and messy. Still a great flavor tho.

No flop, coal smoked, light crunch, char bubbled crust, freshly topped goodness through and through. Happy staff delivering more quality than you’d expect in such a remote location. Don’t miss the garlic wings - they might steal the show. A wonder to discover this hidden gem.

Super nice staff and amazing pizza. Fluffy and light. Best pizza in south Texas for sure. Also, make sure to get the wings! Those are an 8.7 for sure.

Good quality pie. Undercarriage was nice. Small ronis was a pro touch. Could use a little more crisp.
