Earl's 377 Pizza

Crust carried the pizza hard, cheese had powerful flavor, sauce was lacking in flavor and amount, solid pie, just nothing stood out.

Got the marg pizza with regular cheese versus the fresh mozzarella. Pizza was fantastic, right amount of sauce and cheese, could really taste the sauce and the dough was crispy. One of my favorite pizzas around the area

Had the Margherita, flavor was good, but not sure if it was because they were busy, but pizza was undercooked, crust was still doughy, needed a little longer.

Damn good pizza, first pizza in Texas that I seen that uses Stanislaus sauce, all the best do. Only con is they use a wheat type dough, but still good.

Good char on the back of the pie. Dough was great and the ingredients were quality. A little greasy (probably from the pep (first non-gold metal slice review for me)). Overall, solid slice.

Had the pepperoni and margherita, solid pizza but it was missing that tang that I look for in the sauce of my pizza.

One bite, everybody knows the rules.

Medium flop, great crunch and flavor.

Strong 9.1 for this Margarita Pizza from Earls. Highly recommend. Go see my guys Wes & Chase up there. Good shit
