Cheese blend is on point, sauce is vivid and fresh. Crust would be better if left in the oven a bit longer, ends up being a bit chewy but it’s almost there. Also got the Detroit style which is excellent. Double 8.1

Detroit 8.1. Bar pie 7.9. Cannoli 8.3. Caesar salad 5.5. Great atmosphere. Superb service. Great bar pie. The Detroit was too cheese heavy for me, but the bake and the amount of sauce was perfection. Cannoli was not correct in the shell, but wow was it delicious. Shell was great, just not traditional.

Okay Frankie, pizza review time. One bite, everybody knows the rules. Pizza was floppy. Tasted amazing. It’s been about 2 hours and we are still talking about it. We ordered it with a side of ranch, the ranch is home made. It tasted even better than the pizza. This is worth the drive. I’m going to try the square pizza next time and will submit another review. Solid 7.9.

Sharp looking pie, really nice balance of sauce to cheese ratio. Half the pie was crispy half was very chewy so that through me off a bit. Crust was light and had a nice crisp. Could easily pound this pizza every game day. A tad greasy ...top 5 pdx so far
