East of Chicago Pizza

I called in advance to see if they sell by the slice. They said yes and when I got there, it came right out of the oven. 1. Obviously by the look of the picture, they made an error but the young fella had to go by what he knows. It cost $7.99 and I had to get a soda, for that price, which I didn't really need. A whole pie I guess would have been the way to go. 2. The place reminds me of a real chain style. The pizza had a unique crisp on the bottom almost like it had oil or butter on the bottom to Brown it, similar to Detroit style pizza. 3. I admit the overall taste of the slice was good, but I usually prefer New York style when I have a choice, and this was not New York style!
