East Of Chicago Pizza Germantown, Tn.

I made the mistake of not realizing how far away this place was before I ordered it, and because of this it was a little cold by the time I got back home. The score might have suffered because of this. I got the deep dish style and it was good. It’s around papa johns in terms of score.

I don’t understand Chicago style pizza. To me it’s like dipping cheesy bread into some tomato paste. Bread is pretty soft, not much crunch, bland besides the tomato sauce, cheese isn’t gooey. Seems like the Little Caesars of Chicago. Nice guys inside the place though.
