Pizza Review
First time trying this “fancy pizza”. Dined in at the full service restaurant on the second floor of Eataly called “Le Cucine de Eataly”. They have a variety of pizzas which can be confusing but never bad. I decided to get the “Marinara” which seemed to be the most basic or plain one they had. I got the cheese added on because it originally doesn’t come with it. Very floppy so had to go fork and knife. Crust was phenomenal, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. “Fancy pizza” as Dave calls it, is definitely my kind of pie.
