Eataly - Flatiron

I admit I did not want to bother. This place smelled of tourist trap. But it was 9.11 and was with some families and I wasn’t going to take the lead that day. Boy do the Lord reward me for my deference and respect. Very respectable pizza. Wife even had gluten free version (she’s celiac) and it was not horrible.

Coppa is really good

Non-traditional pizza but all sorts of good. Delicious sauce, Creamy stracciatella and succulent thick cut Prosciutto that was just delicious.

Paper thin crust and authentic sauce 🤌🏼

Detroit style. Crispy. Such fresh ingredients. Margarita pizza, might have been a little high. More of a 7.9 but atmosphere in Eataly is electric. Highly reccomend

Service is a little confusing, but the pizza is amazing! Gorgeous crust and fresh meat.

Crispity, crunchity, Alla Pallazita. Tasty for sure but more crunch than crisp and to me that shaved some points. Solid grab and go, but also pricey for what it is. Lions and tigers> Alla Pala

Not too floppy, very good sauce, great cheese, thin crunchy crust. A fair 8.5

No flop. Great cheese. Very fluffy crust. Not overly greasy. Good tang.

Looks real good. This place is real cool to come to but the taste was just below average.

Expensive Frankie

Front slice is a 6.6 and back slice is a 7.4...which averages out to a rookie score of 7.0. Very different than your average NY slice. If you’re looking for a traditional slice, you probably won’t like this place. Definitely for a more boujee audience with a more “sophisticated” palate. Not exactly my type of pizza but definitely not bad.

Worthy enough to be serving the Gods of Italy. Fast, Hot, Tasty, Variety to choose from.
