a good pizza, the dough for the pizza is immaculate; must say. good crisp on bottom, fresh ingredients, right amount of cheese and sauce boss

I had the margarita pizza from Echo and was pretty pleased. The sauce was great and there was little to no flop. Overall, solid Pizza spot in NOLA.

Alright, this ain’t no football pizza.. this is known as a “fancy pizza”. Pretty good slice. It did flop around like a fish out of water though. Good sauce. Light as fuck. Can definitely do some jumping jacks after that pizza.
