I stumbled on this spot by accident on my way home from work. These are pizza artisans who take their pizza very seriously. The vodka Sicilian with pepperoni and hot honey is my new favorite. Edesia is my #3 spot in Suffolk County.

I always forget to take a picture. Good slice, thought it was gonna be greasier but it wasn’t, wish it was a bit crispier but overall a good slice
