Neapolitan style. Got some serious flop, but a nice crispy crust. Very thin.

A little over cooked but a good eat.

All the house cured meats and splashed with garlic butter in a wood fired oven. Great pie.

Dough just ok. Pepperoni was good. Sauce lacking. Six point two.

Difficult grade due to it being a very different pizza. Had peaches and salami on it. It’s a sweet pizza and it’s good with fresh ingredients but if you don’t like sweet food you won’t like it.

White pizza. Slight New York flop. Right amount of grease. Wood fired. Thin crust perfect crispness. Garlic sauce finish.
