Served Luke Perry warm in 2-3 minutes with a heavy Rockland flop and no 845 crisp. First Bite Score: 1.9 This is not a Pizzeria! Pretty decent Latin food, the rice & beans were pretty tasty and the churrasco is cooked to order. Try the “pizza” at your own risk. The sauce tastes like it was cooked in an old makeshift pot made of used aluminum foil and roof shingles. There are 12 strands of day old cheese on the slice that looked strategically placed in order to create the least amount of flavor possible. The dough recipe is bland and overworked with a cornmeal undercarriage. Final score….

New ownership. With a serious lack of good pie in rockland county, especially being so close to NYC, Ed’s is a breath of fresh air. Really tasty pizza, fresh tasting ingredients, right amount of cheese and sauce. My new favorite in the area and it’s not close.
