Best crust in Wichita, cheese is good not to much sauce is great doesn’t over power the cheese. Crust holds with no flop and has a good light crunch with only minor chew. Look at the bubbles enough to know the dough is aged!

Lots of flop, not enough cheese, the dough tastes peculiar and wasn’t fully cooked.

Ordered the thin crust supreme. Appropriate amount of toppings with great spread. Thin crust could use more crunch. BONUS REVIEW- chocolate chip cookie gets an equal 7.6 score. Could use slightly less time in the oven.

I was in derby on business and decided to give Electric Pizzeria a try. “One bite, everybody knows the rules” I got the lunch combo which is a drink, bag of chips, and a 7” one topping pie Crust - light and airy but still had a crunch Sauce- had flavor Nice for a casual pie. Beats all the convenience store pizzas, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Marcos. I’d recommend. I give it a 6.8 Frankie
