The worst pizza I’ve ever had. EVER. The whole thing was a liquid mess. Everything fell off the slice. The dough was completely soaking wet and liquid. I reached out to let the owners to let them know and ask if this was normal for them and they blamed the whole thing on me! They said I didn’t understand what Neapolitan pizza was, which I do, and that I shouldn’t have taken the pizza to go. That their pizza is not intended to be taken to go. Well then why do they offer to go orders? And if that’s really the case, why wouldn’t anyone working there suggest to eat the pizza there instead of taking it to go. Well, I work less than a mile away. There is no way taking that pizza to go is the reason it was so bad. I was back at my work within 3 minutes. In fact the pizza (soup) was still too hot to eat that’s how fast I got back to my work. Everyone I work with saw it and tried it and they all said it was the grossest pizza they’ve ever had. And many have had Elemento before. They made me a terrible pizza, then blamed me for it, never apologized, and then deleted a bunch of reviews about the experience on Facebook. Then almost a month later one of the owners attempts to reach out to me and doesn’t even get my name right. She blamed the poor response on a marketing company. Look, there’s a ton of other places you could go and spend your money. Don’t waste it here! The pizza was horrible and the people are worse!
