Elias Pizzeria

The review is of course for the plain cheese slice, which lucky for them, it was the best slice i had out of everything i tried. Crispy, good taste to the dough. Sauce was mediocre, nothing special. Cheese was also average. Not greasy, very nice guy running the place. Must of been the owner because theres a portrait painting of him and the storefront. The dough made this slice. The sausage slice i had was just ok, kind of heavy, not as crispy, i think toppings sometimes wrecks pizza for me. It just cant get as crispy when its loaded with extra shit on top. Very cheap by the way. My lunch was 7 bucks for 3 big slices and a bottle of water. Definitely would come back for another plain slice.
