Closest pizza I’ve had to New York style pizza since moving to the south. Definitely recommend and will come back for more.

Best pie in knoxville, ask for it well done

First of all, I ordered it well done because I saw other pies coming out undercooked. This isn’t what I would call well done but strangely it was exactly like Dave said was light and airy with some crust in the crust. Surprising. I wanted to like it more than this but it is what it is. Football pizza and the sauce isn’t anything special.

My opinion, best pizza in Knoxville. Undercarriage and crust are just right. Little to no flop and excellent sauce.

Rating based on the cheese slice. Super impressed with the crust. It was cooked near perfect. Good sauce and cheese. Really solid New York Slice. Dave hit the nail on the head giving this a 7.5.

really good pizza! would order it well done next time for more crunch. they put less sauce than most places which we like. good flavor + super thin 🤌

I am a NY Pizza guy and this was it! We ordered "well done" and it came like this. Nice sauce and cheese mix. The crust was ok, but would have been underdone if we didn't order well done. Good neighborhood pizza.

Pizza was delicious. Perfectly layered with a VERY thin crust. No grease, well-cooked, and had a crunchy, 1 Q2 airy crust.

Ordered three pies well done, the cheese pizza crust was not crispy enough or the score would have been higher. Won’t be back because of the old, short, dark haired woman who ruined the experience with her rudeness. Owner’s mother, perhaps? What a shame.

Quick service, crispy crust with zero flop. Reminds me of a combination bowling alley and hood football pizza. Staff was very friendly as well

It’s pretty damn good has some flop to it very thin and a great crisp cheese can be appreciated too
