Nicely constructed. Slight flop. Very Tangy, almost too tangy. Light grease, a bit chewy. Yummy crust. Would definitely eat again, very solid pizza overall. Docked a few tenths for tang, they need to take it down just a notch. Some people love tang though, ymmv.

Thin crust New Haven style. High quality cheese and sauce. Brick oven goes up to 700 degrees and can char your pizza to perfection. One of the best outside of NHV. Highly suggest their Old Fashioned.
