Great slice of pizza, absolutely one of the best in Bellingham. Undercarriage is ok not much char on this one but no flop, great crunch that does falloff a bit towards the center. Sauce is great seasoned well, fontina cheese really adds something and the pecorino is just enough where you can taste it but it’s not overpowering. Really good pizza being done right.

I don’t know what we got going on here Frankie. They got this low sauce fresh mozzarella style going on but the undercarriage isn’t super crispy. The top is nice and crispy but the bottom doesn’t match. That being said the ingredients are fresh, the sauce is delicious and the crust has good flavor and good chewiness. All ingredients are local too so that is good, right Frankie?

Best cheese pizza I’ve had in WA so far. 1. Outstanding Crust and no flop 2. That fontina cheese gives a nice kick. 3. It’s well balanced and there’s a sweetness in there. 4. By far the best pizza in Bellingham. It’s not even a contest.

Pizza was so good. The undercarriage was incredible and the crust was perfectly charred and crunchy, yes it was still so fluffy and soft on the inside. The flavor was great too, and had fresh basil on top which is always a win. There was in fact a lot of flop, but thats the price you pay when you do this style of za. Definitely coming back soon
